It was a very happy homecoming for the Orlando Magic last night as they beat the Los Angeles Lakers 108-104 at home to keep the series tight at 2-1. The Magic had a terrible road start in the series, losing to the Lakers in the first two games. Luckily, they found their stride once more on their home floor to avoid a 0-3 hole. Leading a balanced attack for the Magic was their big three in Rashard Lewis, Hedo Turkoglu, and Dwight Howard who scored 21, 21, and 18 respectively. The big factor was the terrific shooting of the Magic, who broke the record for shooting percentage in the finals with a hot 62% from the field. Also a welcome surpirse was the emergence of Rafer Alston who after being a non-factor in the first two games, erupted for 20 points. The Lakers on the other hand were lead by Kobe Bryant's 31 points and Pau Gasol's 23. With the win, the Magic gain the chance of tying the series in their next game, which is on Tuesday. Game 4 will still be held at Amway Arena and will start at 9 PM Eastern.
